Overdue Update!

Well I had a fairly busy Festive period...did a couple of successful stalls...had a whole load of commissions and was given a massive cone of gorgeous cream wool as a gift, I'm torn between wanting to make a big cosy blanket and a bunch of cushion covers, I guess we'll see!

Here is one of this year's commissions being modelled by its new owner (soooo cute!), you can't quite see the appliqued "C" on the left, just a wee addition the customer asked for to make it more personal for her neice (she also supplied the gorgeous ice cream buttons).

Still waiting to get a pic of the xmas jumper I made (will post that as soon as i get it), it looked pretty good in the end, bright red with snowflake design around the yoke. It was a pretty starightforward knit apart from my interchangeable needles popping out every two rounds...will most definitely be investing in a more sturdy needle for any future projects of that size!
