HAPPY TOWEL DAY!

In celebration of this special day, I am launching a new range of items at Baldy's Knits and Bits.

Inspired by this xkcd comic, and, of course, this series I have at last found the perfect medium to make these

Ever since I saw that comic I have been dying to make these, knitting didn't really work, I also tried fabric paints but that wasn't quite right either. I recently got into cross stitching and had a brainwave, it's ideal for this kind of project. I can make the writing big enough to cover an iPad or Kindle or dainty enough for the smallest smartphone.

I will be listing items in this range online over the next couple of weeks, and as I don't feel entirely comfortable with essentially stealing Douglas Adams' idea I will be donating 10% from anything I make from this to Save the Rhino which was a favourite charity of his, as well as a further 10% to Worldreader.
